We are happy to accommodate last-minute bookings when our schedule allows, but we recommend booking around 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

This ensures we have enough time to plan the session and lock in the best location and lighting. If you’re hoping for a weekend slot or have a specific date in mind, booking earlier is always a good idea as those spots can fill up quickly.

We recommend wearing outfits that make you feel comfortable, confident, and reflect your personality! Neutral or earthy tones photograph beautifully and help keep the focus on you rather than your clothing.

Avoid large logos, busy patterns, or overly bright colours as they can be distracting. For couples or family sessions, aim for coordinated outfits without being too matchy-matchy. Layers, textures, and accessories can add depth and variety to your photos.

For outdoor shoots, if the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll work together to reschedule to another date that suits us both.

Yes! We offer professional printing and framing for your images using a trusted local photo printing service. This ensures your photos are printed with exceptional quality and care, perfect for displaying in your home or gifting to loved ones.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

• Rescheduling: If you reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your session fee will be transferred to a new date that works for both of us.

• Cancellations: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, the session fee is non-refundable. If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, 50% of your session fee will be refunded.

• No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your session without prior communication, the session fee will be forfeited.

Each session includes a minimum number of professionally edited images, as outlined in your package. Additional images can be purchased if desired.

Your professionally edited images and/or videos will be delivered via an online gallery.

You can expect to receive your full gallery within 3-6 weeks of the shoot, unless otherwise specified in your package details.
